Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2, 2026
This policy is provided to help you understand how Anna Fit handles information. It is not legal advice. You may wish to have a qualified attorney review it before you rely on it for compliance.
Who we are
Anna Fit is operated by [Your full legal name], doing business as Anna Fit (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Our website is available at annafit.co. For privacy requests, contact us at hello@annafit.co.
Replace the bracketed legal name above with your full legal name before publishing.
Scope
This policy applies to information we collect when you use our website at annafit.co, join our waitlist, complete a purchase through our payment provider, or use our mobile application (“App”) and related services (together, the “Services”).
Information we collect
We collect information in the following situations:
1. Website and waitlist
If you submit our waitlist form, we collect what you enter (such as name, email, and optional training goal) and technical data needed to operate and protect the form, including IP address, browser user agent, and timestamps. Waitlist submissions are stored in our systems (including a cloud database) and processed by our backend API.
2. Purchases on the website
If you pay for an offer on our website (for example through Stripe Checkout or a Stripe Payment Link), payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. We do not receive your full card number on our own servers. We may receive limited billing-related information (such as confirmation of payment, customer email, and transaction identifiers) from Stripe as needed to fulfill the transaction.
3. Mobile app and account
When you use the App, we and our service providers may collect:
- Account and authentication data — for example, if you sign in with Google or another provider we support, identifiers and profile information that the sign-in method shares with us.
- Profile and preferences — such as display name, onboarding answers, training preferences, and settings you save in the App.
- Usage and activity data — such as workouts generated or completed, progress metrics, streaks, achievements, and similar app activity stored to provide the Services.
- Content you submit — for example, progress photos or similar media you choose to upload, along with related metadata (such as capture time or tags).
- Device and technical data — such as device type, operating system, app version, push notification tokens (for delivery via Apple/Google push services), and diagnostic or log data needed to operate and secure the Services.
Firebase Analytics (or similar product analytics) may be disabled in our app configuration; we still collect product and account data through our backend and cloud services as described above because that data is necessary to run the App.
4. Subscriptions and in-app purchases
Paid features may be offered through Apple’s App Store and managed with the help of RevenueCat (or similar). Apple and RevenueCat process payment and subscription data according to their own policies. We receive subscription status and related identifiers as needed to unlock features in the App.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- Create and manage accounts, personalize workouts and content, and sync your data across devices;
- Process waitlist signups, communicate about launch and product updates, and respond to inquiries;
- Process payments and fulfill purchases (including through Stripe, Apple, and RevenueCat);
- Send service-related and transactional messages (including push notifications where you allow them);
- Detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, and technical issues;
- Comply with law and enforce our terms.
Legal bases (EEA, UK, and similar regions)
If applicable law requires a “legal basis,” we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Services you request); legitimate interests (operating and improving the Services, security, and communication); consent where required (for example certain marketing or optional features); and legal obligation where applicable.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers that help us run the Services, including as follows (subject to change as our vendors evolve):
- Google / Firebase (Google LLC) — authentication, database, storage, cloud functions, and related infrastructure;
- Apple Inc. — App distribution, in-app purchases, and device push notifications;
- RevenueCat (or comparable subscription infrastructure) — subscription status and entitlements;
- Stripe, Inc. — card and other payments for web checkout;
- Hosting and communications providers — to host the website, API, and send email or notifications.
These providers may process data in the United States or other countries. Their use of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Anna Fit, our users, or others.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Waitlist and account data may be retained for different periods depending on whether you remain an active user and whether we have an ongoing business or legal need to retain it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email hello@annafit.co. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
California residents
If the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) / California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) applies, California residents may have additional rights (such as to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” as defined by California law). We do not sell personal information for money. To exercise rights, contact hello@annafit.co.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
International users
We are based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where we or our providers operate, which may have different data protection rules than your country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example by email or in-app message) where required by law.
